The annual shareholders meeting will be accompanied by a fans forum next month.
Cheltenham Town Football Club will be holding its annual shareholders meeting on Thursday 6 March, 7.30pm at the club.
The meeting will be open to all supporters and members of the Board of Directors will be on hand to answer questions.
In previous years, meetings of this type have been limited to shareholders only but due to the dwindling numbers of attendees at recent events it was felt by the Board that all supporters could have the opportunity to share their views and ask questions.
Accounts for the year to May 2013 were circulated to shareholders before Christmas. The accounts for the accounting period in question demonstrated a profit of £80,609.
Any shareholders who have recently moved house or changed email address are asked to contact Paul Godfrey, Company Secretary, at the club and a set of accounts will be provided.
