Disabled Supporters

At Cheltenham Town, we promote an inclusive and diverse atmosphere and strive to ensure the matchday experience is enjoyable for everyone who visits the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.

The Supporter Services Group are here to assist all supporters and offer disability assistance. On matchdays, our team can be found in between the main entrance to the HGV Drivers UK Stand and the ticket office within the main car park. To contact them in advance of matchdays, please email slo@ctfc.com.

MATCHDAY SEATING & WHEELCHAIR POSITIONS

Home Supporters: Wheelchair areas are available in Row A of the Colin Farmer Stand sponsored by JM Weston Construction, or the wheelchair users’ section adjacent to the Optimising IT Stand. Wheelchair spaces and personal assistant (PA), companion and carer seats are subject to availability as capacity may be limited and should therefore be booked in advance.

Away Supporters: Wheelchair spaces are located in the Hazelwoods Stand. PAs, companions and carers are seated within designated areas next to the wheelchair space. These are also subject to availability and can be bought through the away team in advance.

There is no specific location for ambulant disabled supporters. The ticket office can advise on the best location depending on the needs of individuals. To get in touch, please email tickets@ctfc.com or call 01242 573558.

TICKET PRICES

Wheelchair Users: Prices for both these sections are charged at the price of standing areas, according to the age of the supporter.

Ambulant Disabled: Supporters pay the standard price for their age category in whichever area of the ground they choose.

PA, Companion & Carer Tickets: If a supporter with a disability would be unable to attend unaccompanied, then a carer ticket will be provided free of charge for the same area of the ground. Proof of highest rate DLA/PIP or receipt of Carers Allowance may be requested at the ticket office.

It is preferable, but not essential if wheelchair users are accompanied by a PA, companion and carer.

Tickets are available to book at the ticket office, or online at: https://cheltenhamtownfc.ktckts.com/.

A ‘tag’ may be required to access certain price types or locations for online bookings. If you have not booked previously, please contact the ticket office to get this tag added to your account.

MATCHDAY CAR PARKING & ACCESS

Accessible parking is limited at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium, but we will always strive to help in every opportunity. Please contact the club's main office to check availability and book a space in advance. Accessible parking is rarely available unless booked ahead of matchdays.

Please note the access from the car park is on the HGV Drivers UK Stand and Optimising IT Stand side of the ground, whereas the Colin Farmer Stand sponsored by JM Weston Construction is on the opposite side of the ground, so we advise allowing plenty of time to get from the car park to turnstiles.
