Town head to the Lamex knowing a win and favourable results elsewhere in the league could see the club secure its third tier status.
Speaking to the local press ahead of the game, Clarke said:
"We have to fully focus on our task at hand. We know we have to win the game, it's as simple as that. We have to win and then see where we end up.
"It's an encounter and a challenge that I'm relishing and hopefully the boys can put up a fight and a performance that we can all be proud of.
"It's [travelling support] excellent, we want a real good atmosphere at the game. The fans have been magnificent for us all season and now we go for that one last push.
