The Cheltenham Thing: season tickets 2023/24 on sale
So another enthralling chapter in the Cheltenham Town story draws to a close.
Moments we’ll never forget. Moments we wish we could forget. Now we're looking ahead to the next, and our new goal of achieving a historic League One four-in-a-row. Maybe write another famous chapter to go with all the rest.
You won’t get this watching telly, you know, waiting on VAR. We’re not watching it happen. We’re part of making it happen.
It's The Cheltenham Thing.
THANK YOU
Today we're announcing we'll be freezing season ticket prices ahead of our third successive League One season in 2023/24. It's a small but important gesture to say 'thank you' for your unwavering support this term.
With only one game to go we sit three points and one place short of the club's record finish, achieved 12 months ago. It represented an improvement on our final standing for the seventh consecutive time. Next season we're setting out to break new ground once again, targeting an unprecedented fourth League One season in a row and we want you to join us on that journey.
Meanwhile Cheltenham Town Ladies enjoyed their inaugural campaign in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division, meaning another season at the third level of the WNL. As a season ticket holder you'll again be able to attend all of their league games at the Corinium Stadium. One club, one card.
This summer our season tickets will come in a special presentation pack, complete with an exclusive silver 'members badge' to mark the 25th anniversary of our FA Trophy win in 1998 and the start of our modern story.

If any of the details of your ticket (such as location or your price category) are incorrect please contact the ticket office on tickets@ctfc.com to amend the information.
How long will my 2022/23 seat be held for?

I am a new customer, how do I buy a new season ticket?
Go to the ticketing system and select your ticket on the seating plan. Then select your price category before registering as a new customer. New accounts can also be created on the ticketing system before purchasing a ticket. Any seats that are not already allocated will be available for purchase.
I've forgotten my password
You can request a password reset via the login page of the ticket site.
How do I buy for someone else?
You can ‘assign’ a season ticket to a different person when purchasing, you would just need to click the ‘Assign Attendees’ button, and input their information. Please be aware that you will need their Customer Number (CTFC00XXXXX) to assign the ticket to their account. Assigning a ticket without that number will not put the ticket into their account and will instead create a new account with no information.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. This summer we are able to offer supporters the opportunity to complete payment in three installments during May, June and July. This facility is not available online and must be completed through the ticket office either by phone, by email or in person. Please contact the ticket office by emailing tickets@ctfc.com or by calling 01242 573558 (option 1) to set up a standing order. Note that final payment must be received in full at least seven days prior to the first home match of the season.
What will my season ticket look like?
Next season the season tickets will be available either as a membership card, or if you have an Apple device it can be downloaded to your Apple Wallet on your mobile device. You will have the option to select your preference at the checkout. Please note, if you request the physical card there will be a £3 charge added to the price of your cart.
When will I receive it?
If you choose a digital ticket, you will receive an e-mail with the QR code within 24 hours of purchase, which can then be downloaded to your wallet. Physical season ticket cards will be available for post/collection at a later date prior to the start of the season, we will announce this nearer the time.
What's happening with the Young Robins next season?
We will be continuing with our Young Robins scheme for Under-14 season tickets. This will entitle them to lots of exciting benefits alongside entry to every league home match and more details will be revealed in the coming weeks.
What is the date cut-off point for the various age categories?
Young Robins Under-14 ticket holders must be born on or after September 1, 2009.
Under-18 ticket holders must have been born between August 31, 2009 and September 1, 2005.
18-22 years-old tickets holders must have been born between August 31, 2001 and September 1, 2005.
Over 65 ticket holders must be born before January 1, 1959.
What happens in Block 1 next season?
Block 1 of the Colin Farmer Stand will remain the ‘singing section’ for 2023/24, as it has been for the last two seasons. While recognising that supporters will stand during the game, the club asks supporters with tickets for this area to sit down prior to the match and at half time, for safety reasons to ensure the section is not overcrowded. Tickets for other areas of the Colin Farmer Stand are not permitted to move to Block 1 on safety grounds. We anticipate demand for season tickets for this area to once again be high, which will limit the number available on a match by match basis.
