Experienced central midfielder Tom Pett joined the Robins as a free agent in November 2023 on an initial short-term deal until January before renewing until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old was reunited with manager Darrell Clarke having worked together during a successful spell at Port Vale, which included promotion via the play-offs from League Two a couple of seasons ago.
Pett has also racked up a substantial number of EFL appearances for Stevenage and Lincoln City as well as the Valiants.
