Left-sided centre back Jack Shepherd arrived at the club on loan from Barnsley in January 2024 for the remainder of the 2023/24 League One campaign.
Having only signed his first professional deal with the Tykes in the Summer of 2023, the 22-year-old quickly adjusted to the jump up to the Football League.
Jack made nine league appearances for his parent club during the first half of the season before joining the Robins, providing further competition in the Town backline.
