Veteran English defender Curtis Davies made the move to Cheltenham Town at the start of pre-season ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Having previously played with former Robins manager Wade Elliott at Birmingham City, the centre-back signed a one-year-deal with the club following his release from Derby County.

Davies began his senior career back in 2003 with now Premier League outfit Luton Town, where he spent time in the academy system.

He would go on to play for the likes of West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa in the top flight before his stint alongside Elliott at St Andrews.

Curtis then made the move to Hull City where he spent four years, most notably scoring in the clubs 3-2 FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal.
