Assistant Lead Transitional Phase Coach (Lead under 13 coach) / U19 Development Coach

I oversee the day to day running of TP (u12/u13) alongside the lead. I create individual learning plans (ILP’s), provide analysis clips and manage the training/matches for the under 13s.

The under 19 development programme - I am the lead coach on the programme and also provide support for recruitment of players.
