Lead Academy Sport Scientist

My role covers all ages of the academy from U9-U18. My day-to-day role is mainly working alongside the U18 PDP squad helping with gym programming, GPS data gathering and interpretation, producing training and match reports, on field conditioning, pre-training prehabilitation and mobility sessions.

I also handle pre-training warm ups and activation routines, preseason and inseason fitness testing and reporting, weekly evening strength sessions with the U14/15/16 and to be a point of contact to answer any questions the players may have with their strength and fitness.
