As LGBT History Month draws to a close, we rewind a couple of weeks to an important conversation about the importance of the month to the LGBT community.
We spoke with Marketing Director at Principal partners Mira Showers, Alex Hyslop and Proud Robins Founder ahead of our clash with Port Vale about the month and the vital work done by organisations such as Kohler Mira and the EFL.
Sam, who played a big part in the launch of the Proud Robins back in 2021, shared some of his experiences watching football growing up as well talking about the community's history in the game.
Alex meanwhile gave us an inisght into how Mira work with the LGBT community in Gloucestershire, including the comissioning of the mural at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium back in October 2022.
