Robins midfielder Curtis Thompson spoke to the local press ahead of the teams return to action this weekend, away to Exeter City.
Thompson and his Cheltenham Town teammates head to St James Park after the recent international break hoping to pick up a first three points of the season.
Ahead of the clash Thompson said:
"The break has been really good for us. It's come at a really good time and it's given us a chance to regroup and get our minds right.
"Every game is tough in this league but last weekend shows you they are just another team so we go there looking to do what we do and hopefully get a result."
