Cheltenham Town are delighted to announce the late Deadline Day signing of Jovan Malcolm on loan from West Bromwich Albion.
The exciting attacker joins the Robins on a season-long loan deal, becoming our 13th signing of the Summer.
He comes to Gloucesterhsire to bolster our attacking ranks, adding to the already signed Rob Street and Nathan Butler-Oyedeji.
Malcolm began his career with West Brom and has gone on to feature for the first team on a few occasions.
He scored his only goal for the first team back in January, as he netted off the bench in a 4-0 FA Cup win over Chesterfield.
Jovan played against Cheltenham back in July, as he started for the Baggies in our 1-0 pre-season victory at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
The 21-year-old already has experience away from the Hawthorns after loan spells with both Accrington Stanley and Solihull Moors.
Malcolm will not be available for tomorrow's game against Barnsley and will link up with the squad for the first time next week.
Great to have you with us Jovan!
