We are looking to recruit a new Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) to become a vital connection between fans and the Club.
The fundamental principle behind the role of an SLO is to be a trusted point of contact for supporters and help the flow of information between them, the Club and its various stakeholders.
The enthusiastic and passionate individual will help to promote proactive engagement and constructive dialogue.
On matchdays you'll be the main point of contact for both home and away supporters, providing information, answering queries and taking feedback on board.
You will create relationships with a variety of people such as opposition SLOs, fan groups and the police to ensure a positive matchday experience for all.
Away from games, you will be active on social media responding to fans and their concerns as well as keeping supporters connected with relevant updates, working with the Club and the Robins Trust to establish positive links between all.
Although it is an unpaid position, it is an incredibly rewarding one with the opportunity to make a real difference with our team to develop the matchday experience here at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
