Will was involved in all six games during October, beginning the month by assisting Rob Street's opener against Derby County, our first goal of the season.
He then went on to score his first league goals for the club, netting both in our narrow 3-2 away defeat to Blackpool.
The Robins number nine received just over 50% of the votes, beating teammates Street and Liam Sercombe to the award.
