Town welcome the newly appointed Des Buckingham and his squad to the Completely-Suzuki Stadium on Saturday (3:00PM).
Ahead of the game Clarke said:
"They're (Oxford) flying in the league, right up there in second place trying to chase Portsmouth down.
"We are under no illusions that it's going to be tough, but Wigan was tough, we've had some tough games and we've matched these teams.
"But we want to do more than match them, we want to try and beat them."
