Alfie May was crowned the Seymour John Goal of the Season winner and Elliot Bonds wins the April Goal of the Month award.
Cheltenham's number 10 wins the end of season award for his spectacular halfway line goal against Peterborough United, which earned him the Sky Bet League One Goal of the Month Award for March.
In the April polls, Bonds' opener against MK Dons received 63% of the votes. The midfielder stole the ball from a Dons defender, and then cooly rounded the goalkeeper for his second of the season.
The midfielder was also voted by Town fans as the HGV Drivers UK April Player of the Month as well.
