Academy scholar Adulai Sambu gave his thoughts after another appearance at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
The wing-back helped kick start the Robins' good performance, after assisting Elkan Baggott for Cheltenham's opening goal.
Sambu was also involved in the build up to Christian Norton's goal in the second half, and contributed heavily to another clean sheet.
The 18-year-old explained his goal saying: "I was one v one, which I'm good at, beat the man and put the ball into a good area where Elkan touched it home.
Since joining the Robins, Sambu has transitioned from playing in the middle of the park to a wing-back, and the versatile player is enjoying all the experience he is gaining.
"Last season I was on loan playing on the wing or in midfield, but I've moved over to right wing-back and it's been alright."
