Another valuable pre-season test for the Robins saw Wade Elliott's side defeat Weston-Super-Mare 2-1 at the Optima Stadium.
Curtis Davies and Rob Street both netted their first Robins goals in the opening 45 minutes to help Town to another pre-season win on the road.
The Robins had the lead inside seven minutes when Davies rose highest to get his first goal for the club since his Summer move to Gloucestershire.
Ben Williams whipped in the corner from the near side which Davies glanced at the near post over Weston keeper Harrison Lee to put Town in front.
It was two 15 minutes later when the Robins' trialist was brought down in the Seagulls penalty area by Bailey Kempster.
Up stepped Street to take the spot-kick which he dispatched with ease, sending Lee the wrong way to score his first goal for the Robins to make it 2-0.
The hosts' best chance of the half came through striker Marlon Jackson, but his powerful effort was well held by former Seagulls loanee Max Harris.
After the break and Weston grew into the game coming close through Jason Pope and Jordan Bastin as the pair fired seperate efforts over the bar.
Robins manager Elliott changed the whole team once again on 75 minutes and Elliot Bonds nearly found the net a few moments later.
He created the space on the edge of the box before rifling an effort which swerved just wide of the far post.
Aidan Keena also came close on 87 minutes but Lee in the Weston goal was equal to the shot from close range.
The hosts were awarded their own penalty late in the game when the oncoming Jamie Pardington brought down Oscar Collins in the box.
Captain Dayle Grubb dispatched the penalty to half the defecit in what was one of the last actions of the game.
