17 July 2023

Cheltenham Town are delighted to confirm that IGLU will be the new catering partners at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium for the 2023/24 season and beyond.

The Cheltenham based company were established in 2014 and have since provided their services at a range of events across the U.K as well as in and around the Cotswolds area.

The club recieved a lot of feedback last season from fans and we are dedicated to ensuring we can make Cheltenham Town Football Club a desirable place to watch football.

IGLU are big on their 'high standards and speed of service' which we hope will bring an improvement to the matchday experience at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.

The company have operated both in and out of sporting events and venues, some of which include Cheltenham Racecourse and Bristol Rovers' Memorial Stadium.

The partnership will get underway as early as tomorrow, beginning with our pre-season fixture against Championship outfit West Bromwich Albion.

IGLU Owner Pete Geddes had this to say about the new partnership with the club:

"We are really excited to have signed a long term deal as ground catering partners with Cheltenham Town," said Geddes.

"We are a Cheltenham based company that has been in existence for nine years. Our team is made up of locally based staff and we look forward to offering high quality, rapid service to supporters.

"We have worked with the Racecourse for a number of years, as well as providing bars for other football clubs, horse racing meetings and festivals.

"It's an honour to sign with the club, and we can't wait to get started on July 18th."

IGLU will be providing the drinks provision at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium alongside Food on the Move Catering, who will handle all food provisions.

"We work in conjunction with our friends at Food On The Move Catering - who will be launching a new high quality, totally fresh menu," continued Geddes.

"They have over 30 years of experience working at some of the biggest stadiums and clubs in the country such as Wembley, Twickenham, West Ham United and more locally Kingsholm.

"All offerings are high-quality produce and cooked from scratch on site."

Robins Vice-Chairman Paul Bence said:

"We had plenty of feedback over the course of last season with regards to the food and provisions around the ground," began Bence.

"It's something we take really seriously, so we've done a lot of listening and we have been through an exhaustive process to identify IGLU/Food on the Move as our new caterers for the upcoming season.

"They really impressed us with their ideas and what they want to do and we as a club are really looking forward to developing that relationship over the coming seasons.

"It is one of our main objectives to make the Completely-Suzuki Stadium a great place to come and watch football and working with IGLU/Food on the Move will be a really important part of that.

"We still however urge fans to continue to talk to us. We really value your opinions so keep talking to us and we're interested to know what you think."

We are delighted to partner with both IGLU and Food on the Move and look forward to working with them this season.
