Wade Elliott spoke to the press and provided an update on Lewis Freestone's injury, his thoughts on the close matches over the Christmas period, and a look towards an in-form Morecambe.
Elliott's pre-match press conference is presented by our presenting partners, Selco Builders Warehouse.
Defender Freestone suffered a serious injury during the New Years match against Bristol Rovers, and subsequently had to be stretchered off.
"We think it's a bucket handle tear of the miniscus, however Lewis will see the specialist on Monday. Out of all the possible outcomes, it's probably the best it could've been, however it's still serious," said Elliott.
Looking towards Morecambe, the Robins head caoch is expecting a tough fixture againts a side full of confidence.
"They're going to be really confident. I think it's now six unbeaten at home, and their last two matches at home have been a 2-0 win over Accrington and 5-0 against Burton.
"They would have looked at the week and seen us, Accy and Burton, and certainly have targeted it. I'm sure they'll expect to win the game."
