Midfielder Dan Adshead has joined League Two Rochdale on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old joined the Robins from Norwich City for an undisclosed fee in the summer, and has made 11 apearances in League One this season, starting twice.
His last appearance for Cheltenham came in the loss to Forest Green Rovers in the league, after suffering a injury that has hampered his fitness.
Adshead began his professional career at Rochdale, where he became the club's youngest ever player following an appearance in the EFL Trophy at 16. He stays with his former club on a short-term loan until the end of the season.
