James Olayinka gave his thoughts ahead of today's Sky Bet League One evening match against Derby County.
The attacking midfielder recently scored his first Robins goal in the 2-1 victory over Cambridge United, and has made short cameos against Barnsley and Portsmouth.
Despite the recent loss at the weekend, Olayinka believes the team can turn their form around.
"It's in our hands. The past two weeks have been difficult in terms of league games and our performances need to be better, but the confidence is still in the group," said the 22-year-old.
"We've been through tough patches before, but the aim going into tonight is knowing when we are on it we can be a problem for any team in the league."
