The annual report and accounts for Cheltenham Town AFC Ltd will be distributed to shareholders this week following a profit of £400,000 for the year.
The accounts run across a 12 month period until May 2022, and Finance Director Clive Gowing was pleased with the report.
“It is a very positive set of accounts and a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in the football club," said Gowing.
"Having a strong financial footing enables us to look towards the future, which is helping with the success we have seen throughout Cheltenham Town."
The accounts were prior to securing Seasons training ground which was completed in July.
Shareholders will have an opportunity to join the directors at a club AGM very soon. Details will be announced in the near future, and all shareholders will be contacted by email.
