Elliott on drawing to Burton Albion

1 April 2023

Cheltenham Town head coach Wade Elliott believed the Robins were the stronger side following a 0-0 draw with Burton Albion.

The Robins extended their unbeaten run in Sky Bet League One to six matches, securing their 15th clean sheet in the process.

After the match, Elliott said: "I thought we were by far the better team. In terms of chances and opportunities created we were streets ahead.

"They made it really difficult, with lot's of stoppages, and with the chances we had it didn't bounce the right way for us. It's another point after a big week, with a lot of effort put in by everybody and we have stayed unbeaten - plenty of positives."

The Robins are next in action on Friday, 7 April against Lincoln City away. Tickets and travel can be purchased here.
