Everyone at Cheltenham Town would like to wish lifelong Robins supporter, Bernard Green, a happy birthday as he turns 100 today.
Green attended our 2-1 win over Cambridge United on Tuesday night, and recieved a warm reception at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium before the match.
Cheltenham Town Chairman, David Bloxham, paid tribute to Green's terrific support he has given the Robins over the years.
"Being a lifelong Cheltenham supporter, Bernard will have seen many changes in football over the past century, not only at Cheltenham but in the game generally," he said.
"Aside from his football memories it occurs to me that whilst many of us are experiencing the reign of a King for the first time, Bernard would have been alive during the reigns of King George V, Edward VIII and George VI!
"May I take this opportunity on behalf of us all to wish Bernard a very happy 100th birthday today."
