Our opponents Bristol Rovers have sold out their allocated away seats, which will now change the way some people can purchase tickets for this match.
As of today, we have taken the decision to limit online sales to those supporters that already have a ticketing account with us, for the home match against Rovers on Saturday, 15 October.
Anyone who had purchased a ticket during the 2021/22 season, or so far in 2022/23, will have an account registered against their e-mail address (if you have not yet activated your account, you will need to follow the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link on the sign in page), and will need to log into your account before accessing tickets.
If you are not logged in, you will not be able to see ticket availability or book tickets for this match.
For Cheltenham supporters who do not have an account, or are unable to log into their existing account, tickets are still available over the phone or in person at the ticket office.
A reminder to any Bristol Rovers supporters that it is against EFL ground regulations for away supporters to purchase tickets in home areas.
