Cheltenham Town will be ball number 12 in this year's Emirates FA Cup First Round Draw.
The draw will be shown live from 7PM on Monday, 17 October via BBC2.
Matches in the first round will take place across Friday, 4 November to Monday, 7 November and winning clubs will receive £41,000 from the competition.
In the FA Youth Cup, Cheltenham Town U-18s have drawn away to Plymouth Argyle in the first round, and their match will kick-off on Saturday, 5 November.
