The Robins will be ball four in the Papa John's Trophy Round of 16, Southern Section.
The draw will take place live on Sky Sports News at 4:30PM this afternoon.
Earlier in the week, the Robins beat Forest Green Rovers to qualify for the next round of the competition.
Cheltenham can draw the following teams: AFC Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers, Chelsea U21, Milton Keynes Dons, Plymouth Argyle, Portsmouth, Stevenage.
The Round of 16 ties will be played the week commencing Monday, 12 December and winners of the next round will receive £40,000 in prize money.
