The Robins will be ball number 11 in the Papa John's Trophy Round of 32, Southern Section.
The Papa John's Trophy last 32 draw will take place live on Sky Sports on Friday, 11 November following coverage of the Sky Bet Championship match between Birmingham City and Sunderland.
Cheltenham came runners-up in the group stages, despite beating MK Dons and Walsall both 2-1.
The Robins can be drawn against Plymouth Argyle, Forest Green Rovers, Chelsea U-21 or Ipswich Town. Due to finishing as runners up, all of the possible draws will be away unless we draw Premier League 2 side Chelsea, which would be hosted at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
The Round of 32 fixtures will take place week commencing 21 November.
