Vote for February's Autovillage Player of the Month

15 March 2022

Cheltenham Town fans can now vote their top first-team performer during February's Sky Bet League One matches.

The Robins were involved in some very entertaining matches during the second month of the new year as they picked up nine points from six games.

February started with 2-2 draw at AFC Wimbledon before back to back home wins against Sunderland and Fleetwood helped end a 12-match run without a victory.

An enthralling 5-5 draw at Wycombe Wanderers was then followed by a goalless stalemate at Ipswich Town, with Michael Duff's side only defeated once by Crewe four days later.

Vote in our poll below for your Autovillage Player of the Month - please note that this opportunity will expire in 48 hours.

Alfie May

The Sky Bet League One Player of the Month was outstanding in February, scoring an astonishing eight goals.

The 28-year-old scored half of those in just one game - becoming the first ever player to score four in 90 minutes for Cheltenham Town in an EFL match.

Elliot Bonds

Guyana international Bonds was an ever-present in February as he thrived as part of the midfield since returning to the club in 2022 following a loan spell at Kidderminster Harriers.

The 21-year-old impressed in a deeper role, particularly in the crucial home triumphs against Sunderland and Fleetwood - scoring his first Cheltenham goal from long-range versus the Black Cats.

Kion Etete

January loan signing Kion Etete arrived from Tottenham Hotspur and scored his first two goals for the Robins in February, also laying on three assists for Alfie May.

Partnering May up top, Etete smashed in on the half-volley in the 10-goal thriller at Wycombe before scoring his first at home in the 2-1 defeat to Crewe.

Charlie Raglan

Robins defender Raglan was part of a defence that kept two clean sheets in February, as he continued to cement himself in the back-line, playing in every game during the month.

The 28-year-old's bullet header at home to Fleetwood was his first goal of the campaign and capped off an excellent display against the Cod Army.
