We are aware of a number of supporters who are experiencing issues with our online ticketing system.
The problem is associated with the additional new security measures introduced by our payment provider, Worldpay.
We recommend that purchasers log into their account and ensure their address and postcode is up to date, matching the details registered to their payment card.
For fans continuing to have problems, we are accepting payments either in person or over the telephone by calling 01242 573558 (and selecting option 1) by 5pm. You can also email the ticket office at tickets@ctfc.com.
