Cheltenham Town Community Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time Community Coach.

Working in a professional sport environment at Cheltenham Town Football Club your primary responsibility will be for the delivery of a range of community activities for participants of all ages and abilities. To supervise and support part-time members of the team at activities you will be leading on. You will also be required to complete various office tasks relevant to your coaching role.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who is willing to work hard and be part of an already successful team as a Community Coach. You will hold a FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football. You will be someone who is interested in making a difference both within the workplace and within the community we serve. You should be a good team player but at the same time be able to work on your own initiative. The quality of service we offer is of a very high standard and must be maintained at all times.

The ability to work with children, young people and vulnerable adults is an essential requirement.

Salary is based on experience

Progressive holiday entitlement up to 33 days [includes 8 days’ public holiday entitlement].

The role is based at Cheltenham Town FC, Whaddon Road, Cheltenham, GL52 5NA.

The post will commence on 1st September 2022.
