Ahead of our home pre-season friendlies at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium, there will be changes to the matchday schedule.
Please remember, the new ticketing system will mean one ticket per fan. If you have bought multiple tickets, you will need each ticket available. You cannot duplicate/screenshot a ticket multiple times for your party.
Also your season ticket for the 2022/23 season will not count for pre-season, and you will need to purchase a ticket. You can do so here.
An update on the work with Rapid Retail will be released shortly.
Gate Opening Times
Following the introduction of our new online ticket system, additional time needs to be given to train stewards and staff on operating the system so the experience is as streamline as possible.
All key information and FAQs on the new ticket system can be found online.
For the 3PM kick-offs against Cardiff City (Saturday, 16 July) and Northampton Town (Saturday, 23 July), the gates will open from 2PM instead of the usual 1:30PM.
For the friendly against Birmingham City (Tuesday, 19 July) the gates will open from 6:45PM.
The Colin Farmer Stand
Entry to the Colin Farmer Stand for all three friendlies will be via Gate 5 (Wymans Road). The Parklands entrance will be closed.
Car Parking
There will be no car parking available for the three friendlies.
For the upcoming 2022/23 League One season, only pre-booked season ticket holders will have a car parking space. You can no longer book spaces for the season.
WiFi
Due to the new ticketing system, the CTFC-Guest wifi will no longer be available. This is so the ticket scannners are able to efficiently allow fans entry into the ground.
