Free agent Shaun MacDonald joins the Robins on a free transfer until the end of the 2022/23 season.
The former Torquay United goalkeeper becomes head coach Wade Elliott's fourth signing of the summer, supported by our partners at the Little Jet Company.
The 25-year-old was named Torquay's Player of the Year, after the club finished 11th in the 2021/22 National League and MacDonald recorded 14 clean sheets.
"We are really pleased to have Shaun join us," said Elliott.
"He’s come off the back of a really good season with Torquay. He’s a good personality and we are excited to have him here."
Elliott confirmed MacDonald is expected to gain minutes against Bath City in tomorrow's pre-season friendly.
"He hasn’t had a load of football recently, but we will embed him in slowly tomorrow."
