Cheltenham Town's new arrival is hoping to turn the confidence that has been shown in him into success on the pitch having made the move from Championship side Barnsley.
The 22-year-old has sealed a permanent transfer to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium, agreeing a two-and-a-half year contract with the Robins.
It will be his first taste of life in senior football away from Oakwell as he looks to achieve at a level that he has won promotion from before previously.
He's been speaking for the first time about his move exclusively to the club on iFollow.
"I like to get forward a lot and obviously really solid defensively," he said.
"I'm just a modern day wing back. I know my roles in the team and I'm looking forward to working with the gaffer.
"It gives me a lot of confidence knowing a club has got such interest and intent with me.
"It's a long contract but I'm looking forward to getting a lot of games under my belt and hopefully achieving a bit of success."
