The Cheltenham Town front line has been strengthened in the January transfer window once again with the signing of striker Charlie Brown.

Joining the club from MK Dons for an undisclosed fee, the 22-year-old has penned an 18-month contract at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

He brings good League One experience with him to the Robins having spent the last 18 months in the third tier.

His career began in the youth set-up at Chelsea where he progressed through the ranks, featuring in the Stamford Bridge side's under-21s squad.

He was a regular goal scorer for Chelsea in the EFL Trophy - registering a total of 6 goals in ten appearances in the competition against Football League opposition.

During 2020 he spent time on loan in Belgium with Union Saint-Gilloise making nine appearances in the Belgian capital of Brussels.

He now links up at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium as a permanent addition to Michael Duff's squad and as the third new arrival in the January transfer window.

You can sponsor Brown as his player sponsor for the remainder of the season. Email luke.saunders@ctfc.com to enquire into his sponsorship.
