Cheltenham Town will soon be launching a new online ticket system - providing an improved user experience for the club's supporters.
The club are working with Kaizen Ticketing Solutions to develop a new ticket set-up as part of improvements to the fan experience.
Supporters will see a number of new upgrades to how they purchase tickets for matches, as well as operationally on a matchday through the use of e-ticketing, QR code entry on the turnstiles for the first time in the club's history and print at home options all designed to reduce the need to queue on a matchday.
Work has been underway to implement the new system and is ongoing in preparation for the 2022/23 campaign.
Existing season ticket holders will be hearing from the club soon, so please keep an eye on your emails for more information.
