Tom Adams has begun work as our new Head of Commercial Operations after accepting our offer last month.
Tom, who is based in Cheltenham, arrives from Gloucester Rugby where he was Commercial Sales Manager, running the club's sponsorship and advertising accounts. He will be based full-time at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium and work closely with Paul Bence to develop and manage our ticketing, retail and hospitality operations.

"I recognise the fantastic history the club has, and the importance of Cheltenham Town to the supporters, local businesses, and the community. I’m excited to get out into the community and meet our fantastic partners, and identify new relationships to help establish the club in League One.
“I have a background in business development and account management but nothing can replicate the excitement of working in professional sport. I pride myself on my high levels of customer and client service, business development skills and strategic planning.
"I have met and built some fantastic relationships with local businesses with Gloucester Rugby and I am looking forward to the challenges of this new opportunity to deliver on the ambitions of the club and its supporters.”
