Despite having the lowest budget in the league, goalkeeper Scott Flinders believes this Cheltenham Town team have the best team spirit in the league heading into Saturday's clash at League One big boys Charlton Athletic.
The experienced goalkeeper has been looking ahead to this weekend's challenge in London as Cheltenham travel to The Valley for the first time.
Flinders is well aware of the test that awaits him and his teammates and knows they'll have to be right at it if they are to pick up a result.
"Every game we go into this season is going to be hard," he said.
"You look at the infrastructure they've got and the stature - I don't think you can pinpoint any game and say we can take our foot off the gas.
"There are no passengers in our side and it's going to be 100% from the boys to get as many points as possible this season.
"The budget speaks for itself, we've got the lowest in the league, but we've probably got the best team spirit in the league.
"There are times we've got to dig deep. We have to stick to our philosophy and crack on."
