The Cheltenham Town Academy are seeking a Youth Development Phase coach to work with players in the under-12s and under-13s age groups.
The successful applicant will work alongside fellow staff in the academy structure who form a strong and passionate coaching team.
In the role you will support the Lead Phase Coach with football and holisitic development of players within the phase, and will be responsible for the planning and implementation of individual learning plans in line with club coaching and playing philosophy.
This is a seasonal coach role coaching on a Monday and Wednesday evening, with home or away fixtures on a Sunday.
