Important information for MK Dons match

3 September 2021

MK Dons are the visitors to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium on Saturday for Cheltenham Town's next home fixture in League One.

Kick-off against the side from Buckinghamshire is at 3pm.

Ahead of the game we recommend that both home and away fans visiting the Jonny-Rocks Stadium read the match information which is available below.

It's strongly advised you buy tickets in advance to avoid queues on the day. By buying before midnight on Friday you can save £2 on the cost of your matchday ticket.

PRE-PAID TICKET COLLECTIONS

Pre-paid tickets for the Autovillage Stand, Paddock, Tunnel and Speedy Skips Stand can be collected from the new matchday collection point at the Portakabin in the car park next to the bowling club.

Tickets for the Colin Farmer Stand can be collected from a new collection point located just outside the Parklands turnstiles.

Away supporters can collect tickets from the entrance to the Hazlewoods Stand where they'll be located during the game.

MATCH DAY TICKET SALES

The best and cheapest way to purchase tickets for all home matches is in advance of match day. For those supporters wishing to buy on the day the following sales points will be open:

Autovillage Stand and Hazlewoods Stand - seats for these areas of the stadium can be purchased from the ticket office.

Colin Farmer Stand - tickets can be bought on the day for the Colin Farmer Stand from a new ticket point outside the Parklands turnstiles.

Terrace tickets - standing tickets in the Speedy Skips Stand, Paddock, Tunnel and Canteen enclosures will be on sale from the matchday sales point in the Portakabin in the car park.

Either cash or credit/debit card will be accepted. There will no longer be any payment accepted at the turnstiles.

The ticket office is open all day in the lead up to kick-off.

MAIN STAND WHEELCHAIR BAY

As the 'patio area' is no longer available as a wheelchair bay the club has commissioned drawings for a new purpose built wheelchair platform. Until this new platform is operational there will be a temporary wheelchair viewing area at the other end of the Main Stand next to the Speedy Skips Stand. Please note, however, that this temporary area is uncovered.

CAR PARK

The car park is now completely full for Saturday's match. Normally there are a small number of car park tickets on sale to supporters but these must be booked in advance of the match day.

BARS

The main bar will be open before and after the match serving drinks and snacks as before. There is no longer any requirement for table only service and card payments will be accepted. The Premier Suite has now been re-furbished and will be used as an additional sponsorship suite this season. Part of the reason for this is because the former sponsorship suite on the top floor of the Main Stand has now been converted into hospitality boxes.

COVID-19 MEASURES

Although most of the strict COVID-19 protocols have now been lifted, the club is still required to have a 'Red Zone' at the ground and the players/coaching staff are still maintained within their own training and playing 'bubble'. This means that the pitch, tunnel, patio area and players entrance are all strictly out of bounds to all but cleared personnel. Social distancing from players/coaching staff is also to be maintained. The club's Safety Certificate has been updated for the new season and Gloucestershire County Council, the issuing authority, make the following recommendations for attending matches:

• Use hand sanitizer stations at ground
• Maintain social distance from others not in your group as far as possible
• Wear face masks when entering via turnstiles, indoor concourses/refreshment areas, when leaving the ground and any crowded areas (apply personal preference to remove whilst seated)
• Follow stewards instructions and any social distancing signage when moving around, exiting the stadium and using toilet facilities etc.
• Consider taking a lateral flow test on day of game
• Don’t attend if you have symptoms or told to self-isolate
• Listen for any Covid 19 related PA announcements

Please note that proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test will not be required for you to attend.

The club are working on introducing a fan zone for upcoming home fixtures. Unfortunately this won't be in place for Saturday's game but keep an eye out here on the website and on social media channels for future games.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Jonny-Rocks Stadium for Saturday's fixture and as always massively appreciate your support.
