Dan Crowley wants this Cheltenham Town side to keep pushing after they recorded three points over Shrewsbury Town on Saturday.
The former Arsenal youngster was once again a key part of the side's good play, and he picked up the man-of-the-match award for his efforts as goals from Conor Thomas and Kyle Joseph saw the team run out 2-1 winners.
Crowley was pleased with how they bounced back after a poor opening and wants the squad to keep their foot on the gas in League One moving forward.
"We didn't start great to be honest. The goal came at a really good time. It helped with the man getting sent off. I thought we capitalised on that," he said.
"We kept putting pressure on and I thought it was a good performance.
"It's a great result today and I don't think we've lost in eight games. We can't rest on our laurels, if we want to do things in this League - which I one hundred per cent think the team can - we have to keep believing in ourselves and keep being hard on ourselves.
"We can't sit and relax and take a deep breath, we have to keep going and keep pushing for more."
