Andy Williams has started his second pre-season as a Cheltenham Town player and the 18th overall of his career.
The forward was a part of the squad who started pre-season preparations on Monday at the club's training ground in Swindon Village, a year on from when he signed to play his part in a side that would go onto win the League Two title.
Commenting on the return to training he said: "I think it's important that we're all pushing ourselves like we were last year.
"I think the drive and improvement as we went through the season was there for all to see. That's what we've got to start doing now. We've got to start the levels from day one and where we left off last year because that was already higher than when we started this time last year.
"We've got to keep pushing each other on and achieve as much as we can every single day to make sure we can achieve on a matchday."
