Cheltenham Town's new Head of Commercial Operations, Stephen Hobin, has been sitting down to discuss his start to life at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium and his aims moving forward in his new role at the club.
In the first of a two-part interview, Hobin sets out some of the initial work he has undertaken as Cheltenham gear up for a season in League One.
He also outlines a new structure to matchday hospitality, changes to food and the venue on matchdays, the need to drive standards, working alongside the first team football set-up, bespoke packages for commercial partners, improvements to the supporter experience at the stadium, working with fans to engage more with the CTFC community and much more.
The appointment of the former Norwich City, Preston North End and Blackburn Rovers experienced commercial lead is one of the most significant off-field appointments in the recent history of the Robins.
