Preview: Sang on Harrogate Town

1 January 2021

Tom Sang is hoping his performance at Colchester United in midweek will be enough to earn him a starting place in Saturday's XI at Harrogate Town.

The 21-year-old, on loan from Cardiff City, was introduced as an early substitute for the injured Matty Blair at Colchester on Tuesday and impressed from a right wing back position.

With Blair confirmed as being unavailable for Saturday's match in Yorkshire, Sang views this weekend's match as a real opportunity to push for a starting place in Michael Duff's team.

The Liverpudlian is also calling on Cheltenham to stick to what they have been doing in recent games and to not get ahead of themselves before the trip.
