Preview: Pollock on Cambridge United

7 December 2021

Having gone six home matches unbeaten, Mattie Pollock is hoping Cheltenham Town can add to that tonight when Cambridge United visit the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

Home form has been good for the Robins this season and played a part in the mid-table position the team finds itself in heading into this evening's clash.

On loan Watford defender Pollock says he is enjoying playing in front of the home supporters who get behind the team each matchday and is hoping the impressive results at home continue against the U's.

"They are a hard working team. They've got some good players and they fight for each other and they are a together team," he said.

"It is a good game for us to show a reaction. I enjoy playing at home - the fans are good and it is a good atmosphere.

"Our results have been good at home this year and it's shown on the pitch."
