Seàn Long is determined to help keep pushing Cheltenham Town forward after penning a new contract at the club this week.
He has committed his future to the club until the summer of 2024 after an impressive campaign so far in League One, which has seen him captain the side of late.
Signing a contract extension will see him continue to be a key part of the squad moving forward having first arrived at the club in the summer of 2018 and he's enjoying being a part of the positive culture that exists around the club.
"The success we've had has been great but part of the reason why I signed is I want to have more success," he said.
"Whether that's staying in the League this year, aiming a bit higher, who knows.
"It's a good place to be around at the minute and I'm looking forward."
