Michael Duff highlighted how every individual in his squad has a part to play this season after seeing his team reach the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday at Gillingham.
Alfie May's equaliser in the first half at Priestfield took the game to penalties after 90 minutes, and the Robins struck all five of their spot kicks successfully to clinch a third round place.
It's the first time the club has reached that stage of the competition in its history and Duff was pleased to get a win under their belts as part of a busy opening month of the season.
"There were some really good performances and a lot of changes again," he said.
"It's a small group so we can't carry any passengers. I'm really pleased because it's another win. It's a different way of winning but it keeps that mentality that we want to be hard to beat.
"It's another marker this group have set. They're smashing a few records in the last 12 months."
