The busy opening month of the season continues with a Carabao Cup second round match at Gillingham on Tuesday and Michael Duff wants his players to embrace another opportunity to get game time at the start of the campaign.
Fellow League One side Gills are the opponents as Cheltenham look to make it into the third round of the competition for the first time in their history.
Duff is expecting to make changes to his team again, just as he did for the round one win at Bristol Rovers, and wants the players to look forward to pulling on the shirt once again in a competition away from the league.
"We made seven changes at Bristol Rovers and gave a really good performance, so people have shown they are ready and if and when called upon," he said.
"From a player's point of view it's just another game of football and I wouldn't prioritise competitions, just go and play and enjoy your job.
"It's the same as when you walk on the training pitch, just go and enjoy training and enjoy working hard."
