New Cheltenham Town loan signing Taylor Perry is eyeing up his season as a Cheltenham player as the perfect platform to impress in as he looks to make his name at parent club Wolves.
On Thursday the 20-year-old agreed terms on a season-long loan move to Gloucestershire from Premier League Wolves where he had spent pre-season training and playing games with the Molineux side's first team squad.
He's already appeared for his hometown club a number of times in the Carabao Cup and UEFA Europa League, but now he is hoping a season with the Robins will go a long way to contributing to Wolves' Premier League commitments under new boss Bruno Lage.
"It's my first time away from Wolves so it's a big change for me," he said.
"It's something I'm going to have to adapt to and get used to and the playing style.
"Everyone's been helpful so far so it's been great."
